How can you contribute:
As a recruiter, you can contribute to the growth of our manpower pool with creative sparring that is part of our core values.
Your tasks will, among other things, be:
- Recruitment of personnel.
- Service tasks administratively, connected with recruitment tasks.
- Occasionally site or customer visits.
- Administrative tasks and other work that is naturally connected to the position and work.
What do you need to be to make a difference:
Passion for recruiting the right candidate for the right position with the right qualification.
- Strong Networker.
- Knowledge from the renewable industry would be a great advantage.
- Technical skills.
- Preferably creative thinking.
- Independent, structured and a professional in recruiting.
