Your position
In your new role as a Project Planner in our Oil & Gas division, you will be a valuable member of our Projects team comprised of 20 dedicated people whose mission is to deliver high quality projects for the offshore Oil & Gas and PtX industries. Here, you will play a crucial role in the timely execution of our projects, assisting project managers with project planning covering all phases from engineering to site installation, as well as reporting.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As a Project Planner, you will act as an active sparring partner for the project managers, while having a wide range of challenging tasks, primarily focused on assisting our project managers in planning and reporting.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Project planning including time and resources
- Progress summaries and histograms according to internal procedures and customer-specific requirements
- Input for weekly and monthly management summary reporting
Your profile & qualifications
As a person, you have an organized, detail-oriented and analytical approach to your work, which helps you tackle even the most complex tasks with ease. You thrive in fast-paced environments where multiple projects are happening at once and naturally take initiative to get things done. In addition, you are equally comfortable working on your own or as part of a team.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- A relevant technical background, such as a technician or engineer
- Extensive experience in project planning based on Primavera or MS Project.
- Excellent communication skills in Danish and English.
- Experience using the various processes related to project management.
