Your position
In this newly created position as Senior HR Operations Partner, you will be part of our dedicated Global HR Services & Processes department responsible for managing all HR systems, processes, tools and templates. 

We are currently on a rapid growth journey, which comes with the interesting and challenging task of shaping and optimizing our HR practices to meet the evolving needs of our growing organisation. Your key responsibility will be to advise and drive the operations of onboarding and training for our global organisation in close collaboration with the divisions and HR Business Partners, locally and globally.

One of your finest tasks is to ensure that our yearly HR wheel and HR processes are communicated with known responsibility splits, templates, and guidelines for our HR Business Partners to bring to the organization,” says Maibrit Lykke, Head of Global HR Services & Processes.

Your task and responsibilities
As a Senior HR Operations Partner, one of your focus areas will be to ensure all managers and employees are onboarded and trained in relevant HR processes, global policies, and procedures through classroom and online training. You will also be driving the development of our new e-learning platform in close collaboration with our IT department.  

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Leading the development and implementation of our annual HR wheel including optimizing processes and tools
  • Training and developing managers and employees
  • Successor planning and retention strategy
  • Optimizing our global HR Processes and implementing them in the organisation
  • Supporting the implementation of our new HR System (CatalystOne) to HR Operational Excellence 
  • Providing support and guidance in HR-related queries from both managers and employees. Always ensuring correct measures and compliance according to legislation and business strategy 

Your profile and qualifications
As a person you are ambitious, team- and process oriented and strive for delivering continuous improvements and high-quality results. You are curious by nature and change management is something you live by every day. In addition, you enjoy a structured and detail-oriented approach, while keeping an overview in a fast-paced environment. 

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

  • Experience from various global HR functions with measurable results
  • Flair for HR-related IT systems as well as Microsoft Office
  • Integrity and ability to act with full discretion
  • Knowledge of the Danish labour law and experience in providing legal guidance connected to employment
  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English, verbal and written
