Offshore position mobilizing from Esbjerg, Denmark

  • 3/3 rotation (3 weeks offshore/3 weeks onshore etc.)
  • 12 hours per shift / day shift expected
  • Participation in required courses must be expected during home period

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute commissioning activities as per supervisor / foreman planning
  • Carry out instrument functional tests and take part in operational tests
  • Hands on experience with field instrumentation including Temperature, Flow, Level and Pressure Transmitters; Fire and gas detectors, control panels and PLC’s; actuated hydraulic and pneumatic valves
  • Experience of usage AMS-TREX, Low and High Pressure calibrator, Loop Calibrator and other instrument tools
  • Ability to read and understand key instrumentation block diagram, TSLD, P&ID’s, wiring diagrams
  • Troubleshoot where required and identify problem causes and recommend solutions for review and approval of the inst. com. foreman/leader

 

Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate has a background as of field instrument technician or similar position preferable with offshore oil & gas industry experience.
You work in a systematic and proactive manner, paying special attention to details and the predefined processes and guidelines. In addition, you are patient and comfortable with routine tasks. You are characterised by strong collaborative skills, a robust mindset, and a good health. You can read and speak English.
