Student Assistant Business Support & Controlling
Are you a student in the business and economics-field, and interested in working within the energy industry with diversified projects and international customers? Then we have a great opportunity for you!
As Student Assistant at NorSea Denmark, you will be part of a young team, that assists in the operation with critical tasks, that are important for us to deliver the best services to our customers. The Energy Solutions department specializes in delivering qualified personnel to the energy sector both offshore and onshore with a wide variety of trades included. Our team at the office is managing, planning, and coordinates all our activities, and is always trying to improve the services we deliver. This is where we want to include your capabilities.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Time registration of work hours
- Securing proper invoicing of services
- Assisting in finding qualified personnel
- Administrative assignments
- Ad-hoc tasks
You will be introduced to and trained in all the above areas of responsibility by your new colleagues, and you will quickly be able to take ownership and manage your time and resources in the best way. You will be working in an open environment with ideas and knowledge sharing flying around the office all the time.
We expect that you are:
- Studying a relevant education with focus on business and economics
- Focused on delivering high-quality work.
- Experienced user of MS Office and an easy learner of new IT-systems
- Interested in learning about the energy sector in transition.
- Able to work 10-15 hours per week.
- Have great communication skills in both written and spoken English – Danish is also preferred.
You will be working at our office at Kanalen 1, Esbjerg and have access to all employment benefits that our facilities can offer.
We prefer you to start as soon as possible.
